A look at the land below. Check out the various unique parcels
offered, comprising about 54 acres. All parcels are horse
properties. The entry gate and the powerful well are included on
the land. There are always land parcels one can buy, but
to get a contiguous collection of parcels like these, is a dream! Some

wells in the area exceed 30 ppb of arsenic and some have had to purchase
arsenic scrubbers to drop the levels. Property owners here
have made sure that future buyers of luxury home sites, or ranches can reach
